Important Information.The DV 2014 is expected to open in the year 2012 to accept entries for the U.S visa lottery program for the fiscal year 2014. The visa lottery entry submission can be done by the applicant or he can use his friend, agent or any company to apply on behalf of himself. The U.S. Government employs no outside consultants or private services to assist in the DV program. Any intermediaries or others who offer assistance to prepare DV case work for applicants do so without the authority or consent of the U.S Government. Use of any outside intermediary or assistance to prepare to submit a DV entry is entirely at the applicant's discretion. Errors in the E-DV application forms will be counted on the applicant regardless of who had submitted the entry during the submission period. A qualified entry that was submitted electronically and directly by an applicant has an equal chance of being selected by the computer at the Kentucky Consular Center as does an entry submitted electronically through a paid intermediary who had completes the entry on behalf of the applicant. Every entry received during the lottery registration period will have an equal random chance of being selected within its region. However, receipt of more than one entry per person will disqualify the person from registration, regardless of the source of the entry. So make sure you submit only one entry for the DV 2014 visa lottery program. It is not necessary to be a married person to participate in this DV-2014 visa lottery. From the DV 2011 onwards it is compulsory for the applicant to submit one email address for further communication if the applicant becomes as a selected winner for the Green card lottery. The email should be a personal one and not to be a friends or company email address.
